Browser Extension
The GetSellerOS Product Importer extension for Chrome has one purpose: to read the product page you are looking at, when you ask it to, and send that product's details to the GetSellerOS store you choose, and to record what that page says about stock for products you already imported from it.
- It reads a page only when you click the extension's icon on that page and only that page. It does not read pages in the background, does not track your browsing, and does not run on sites other than the one you clicked it on and GetSellerOS itself.
- What it sends to GetSellerOS is the product information shown in the extension before you press Review (title, price, description, images, SKU, variants, availability and the page address), and, for a stock check, the page content so GetSellerOS can read the stock wording. Nothing is sent without your action.
- To identify your account it stores a connection token in your browser's extension storage. The token is created by GetSellerOS when you connect, belongs only to your account, expires after 90 days and can be revoked at any time in Settings under Browser extension. It is sent only to GetSellerOS.
- It also stores your last chosen store, so you do not have to choose it every time. No other data is stored.
- The extension collects no personal information about you, contains no advertising or analytics, and sends nothing to anyone other than GetSellerOS. Data it sends is handled as described in the rest of this policy. We do not sell it or use it for any purpose unrelated to importing and stock checking.
Beta Programme
If you participate in the GetSellerOS Beta:
- Features may change without notice.
- Bugs and temporary outages may occur.
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve GetSellerOS.
- We may collect additional diagnostic information to identify and fix issues.
